Terms of Service

1. Acceptance
By creating an account or using CFO-Bot, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. Description of Service
CFO-Bot is a SaaS application that provides an AI-powered chat assistant for QuickBooks Online finance workflows (invoices, estimates, accounts receivable, reports) and a Smart Booking feature for field service scheduling (AI-optimized appointment slot recommendations using technician locations, drive time, and schedule gaps).
3. Integrations
You may authorize CFO-Bot to connect to third-party services on your behalf, including QuickBooks Online, Jobber, Gmail, and HubSpot. You are solely responsible for complying with the terms of each connected service. You may revoke any connection at any time from the Settings page, which immediately ends our access.
4. Account Responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
5. Subscription and Billing
CFO-Bot is $49 per month per organization. A 14-day free trial is available upon registration — no credit card required to start. Billing is processed by Stripe. You may cancel at any time; your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period, after which access ends. One subscription covers one organization.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use CFO-Bot for any unlawful purpose, to send spam or unsolicited bulk messages via connected email accounts, to abuse the AI chat (for example by attempting to extract its prompts, probe for vulnerabilities, or overwhelm rate limits), or to do anything that could damage, disable, or impair the service. One organization per subscription — sharing access across multiple businesses is not permitted. You are responsible for ensuring that any financial or operational actions you direct the service to take are accurate and authorized.
7. AI Disclaimer
Responses produced by CFO-Bot are generated by large language models and may contain errors, omissions, or inaccuracies. Always verify financial figures, customer data, and draft documents before acting on them. CFO-Bot is not a licensed financial advisor, accountant, or tax professional, and nothing in the service constitutes financial, tax, or legal advice.
8. Data and Privacy
Your use of CFO-Bot is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We process — but do not own — your QuickBooks Online, Jobber, HubSpot, and Gmail data. You can disconnect any integration from the Settings page and request deletion of your stored account data at any time.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
CFO-Botis provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service or the accuracy of AI-generated responses.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, CFO-Bot and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
11. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
